The 48V 15Ah pack locks into the frame and lifts out for charging inside, which matters in a condo or a hot garage. Mokwheel rates it at 50 to 60 miles; in real riding with some throttle, plan on less.
26 x 4 inch puncture-resistant tires and a 110mm suspension fork take the sting out of root-cracked sidewalks, shell-rock paths and the odd curb. Tony sets the tire pressure for how and where you ride.
Hydraulic disc brakes give a strong, light squeeze that stays consistent in a summer storm. A dual-bulb headlight lights the path, and the tail light brightens the moment you pull a brake lever.

Florida describes an electric bicycle as one with a motor under 750 watts that tops out at 28 mph. Mokwheel rates the Tor Plus at 750W with a 28 mph pedal-assist ceiling and a 20 mph throttle, so it sits right at that line. Ask Tony how to set the top speed for the paths you ride.
