Accessibility

Lake Park Bicycles wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our working standard. In practice that means:
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Headings and page structure that assistive technology can follow.
- Forms with labels, and pages that can be used with a keyboard alone.
- Text that can be resized and zoomed without breaking the page.
- Colour that is not the only way information is shown.
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time certificate. Every time we add or change content we re-check it, and we review the site periodically with automated tools and by hand.
Content from other companies
Some features on this site come from other companies, such as Google Maps and our chat assistant. We do not control how those are built. If one of them gets in your way, call the shop and we will help you directly.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. We will work with you to provide what you need and to fix the problem.
