• Cookies. Our site and Google Analytics use cookies and similar technologies to understand site usage and improve the experience.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your requests and schedule pickups, deliveries, tune-ups, repairs, and rentals.
• To contact you by phone, text, or email to confirm and coordinate your booking.
• To process payment and provide our services.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it.

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Lake Park Bicycles at the phone number you provide. These may include booking confirmations, pickup and appointment reminders, and occasional service updates.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can still book, buy, or use our services without opting in to texts.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

We may also call you about a specific booking, such as to confirm a pickup window.

Your mobile information is never shared. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to communicate with you about our services.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business - such as our website and form host (Cloudflare and Web3Forms), our customer messaging platform, and our analytics provider (Google) - and only as needed to provide our services. As noted above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Analytics & your choices

We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. Either way, you can still use our services.

We keep booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep accurate business records, and comply with the law, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Children's privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Parents or guardians book services and rentals on behalf of minors.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
