We come to you either way. Pickup and delivery is a flat $25 on the Safety Check and free on the Full Tune-Up and Signature Overhaul. Pedal bikes only; e-bikes are serviced in the shop.

Every e-bike brand we sell, we service completely. On other brands we handle the mechanical work, like brakes, tires, gears and flats, and we can often repair major brands when parts are available.
One honest heads-up on parts. Many online and big-box e-bikes have no replacement batteries or electrical parts available, so electrical and battery repairs depend on the bike. E-bike service happens in the shop only; e-bikes are not part of our pickup and delivery service. Bring it in and Tony will take a look, and if he thinks a diagnostic is needed he will tell you the price first.
And e-bikes need service more often. They work twice as hard as a regular bike - the extra speed and weight mean harsher braking and constant strain, so pads, chains and tires wear two to three times faster. Regular service is a safety thing, not just a performance thing.
Do not need a whole package? Pay only for what your bike needs. Every price is labor - if a part is required we call you with the cost first.

Prices are starting points and cover labor only. Free basic adjustments, always - if it is a two-minute fix, it is on us.

Not unless you want to. We come to you within 10 miles - Jupiter, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, Lake Park, Singer Island and West Palm Beach. Delivery is free on the Full Tune-Up and Overhaul, a flat $25 on the Safety Check. Pick a day and a pickup window - before we open at 10 am, or 6 to 7 in the evening - and we handle the rest.
No - every price covers labor. If your bike needs a tube, cable, chain or pads we call you with the exact cost before we touch it. No surprises on the bill, ever.
Typically 72 hours door to door. If a part has to be ordered we tell you up front and keep you posted.
We will tell you honestly. Sometimes a $40 fix buys another five years; sometimes the smart move is to stop spending. You will get a straight answer either way.
We fix it free. Tell us what is off, we come back out and make it right at no charge.
