All the mechanical work on an e-bike - brakes, gears, wheels, flats - is the same great service as any other bike. The electric side is quoted separately: a quick $20 battery evaluation checks whether your pack is charging and putting out the right voltage, and a full electrical diagnostic from $75 tracks down motor, controller and wiring trouble.
One honest heads-up on parts. Every e-bike brand builds its own battery, controller and connectors, and for a lot of imported bikes the exact part is not even sold in the US. So we do not chase down proprietary batteries or controllers - but if you get the part, we will gladly install it, and if you bought the bike from us, we take care of it.
And e-bikes need service more often. They work twice as hard as a regular bike - the extra speed and weight mean harsher braking and constant strain, so pads, chains and tires wear two to three times faster. Regular service is a safety thing, not just a performance thing.
Do not need a whole package? Pay only for what your bike needs. Every price is labor - if a part is required we call you with the cost first.

Not unless you want to. We come to you within 10 miles - Jupiter, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach and Lake Park. Delivery is free on the Full Tune-Up and Overhaul, a flat $25 on the Safety Check. Pick a day and a two-hour window and we handle the rest.
No - every price covers labor. If your bike needs a tube, cable, chain or pads we call you with the exact cost before we touch it. No surprises on the bill, ever.
Typically 72 hours door to door. If a part has to be ordered we tell you up front and keep you posted.
We will tell you honestly. Sometimes a $40 fix buys another five years; sometimes the smart move is to stop spending. You will get a straight answer either way.
