Tony walked into this bike shop as a high-school kid looking for an after-school job. Fifty years later, he owns the place - and he still can't stay away from the repair stand.
At fifteen, what he found was far more than a job. Under the patient mentorship of the shop's owner, Stuart Weidenfeld, he learned the craft the right way: truing wheels, tuning gears, and treating every customer like a neighbor.
Years later, the chance came to buy the shop from the Weidenfeld family. Going from hands-on employee to owner was the leap of a lifetime - real pressure, real uncertainty, and a legacy he refused to let down. He poured everything into it, and he's run the shop ever since.
Today Tony is the owner of the very shop where he trued his first wheel - still sharing his love of cycling with the community that raised him.

School events, charity rides, community nights - if the neighborhood is out, odds are Tony is too, talking bikes with anyone who will listen (and usually fixing a flat on the spot). The kids he fitted for their first bikes now bring in their own kids. That's the whole point.
These days Tony will come to you, too - tune-ups and rentals picked up and delivered anywhere from Jupiter to Lake Park. Stop by the shop, or let him bring the shop to your door. Fresh bikes are rolling onto the floor soon.
