Work-order Agreement

English:

I recognize this is a quote and that you or your employees may find other issues which may raise the price of the repair. I understand that I will be informed of any new issues and will have the opportunity to make a decision on what to do before the issues will be corrected. I hereby authorize the repair work hereinafter set forth to be done along with the necessary material and agree that you are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in/on vehicle in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control or for any delays caused by unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments by supplier or transporter. I hereby grant you and/or your employees permission to operate the vehicle herein described on the streets or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on above vehicle to secure the amount of the repair thereto. Furthermore, I agree to pickup said vehicle within 7 days of the date of notification of the repair being completed. If the bicycle is not picked up by the end of the 7th day, I agree to pay a storage fee of $30 per day for not more than 23 days. If the vehicle is not picked up by the 30th day after notification of completion, or if at any time after work has been completed, the method of contact provided is unreachable, disconnected, or is otherwise unusable, the bicycle will be considered abandoned and will become property of Lake Park Bicycles, LLC.

Reconozco que esto es una cotización y que usted o sus empleados pueden encontrar otros problemas que pueden aumentar el precio de la reparación. Entiendo que se me informará sobre cualquier problema nuevo y tendré la oportunidad de tomar una decisión sobre qué hacer antes de que se corrijan los problemas. Por la presente, autorizo ​​que el trabajo de reparación que se establece a continuación se realice junto con el material necesario y acepto que usted no es responsable de la pérdida o daño del vehículo o de los artículos que se dejen en el vehículo en caso de incendio, robo o cualquier otra causa fuera de nuestro control. o por cualquier retraso causado por la falta de disponibilidad de piezas o retrasos en los envíos de piezas por parte del proveedor o el transportista. Si no se recoge la bicicleta al final del séptimo día, acepto pagar una tarifa de almacenamiento de $30 por día por no más de 23 días. Si el vehículo no se recoge antes de los 30 días posteriores a la notificación de finalización, o si en cualquier momento después de que se haya completado el trabajo, el método de contacto proporcionado es inalcanzable, está desconectado o no se puede utilizar, la bicicleta se considerará abandonada y se pasa a ser propiedad de Lake Park Bicycles, LLC.
